My last post was in June 2008 and now already 11th February 2010. HAPPY NEW YEAR! Hope it’s not to late. LOL. After this, I will dedicate my free time to update this blog. I’m not into blogging because of it’s cool. It’s just that I love to write and normally I wrote in my notebook/journal.

Past is past, I will only share what I’ve been trough for the past couple of years if only I feel like it. For now, I will write a fresh new post. Story of my current, sort of ‘boring’ life and anything that I want to write. If there’s nobody that will read any of my posting, that will be cool as I can write as free as I like. Yeehaaa! But if somebody actually do read my lame blog, I will still write it as it is.

Oh, this blog title is ‘THE PHOTOJOURNALIST – Stories and dream of a silly photojournalist.’ Anyway, 2010 is definitely a new chapter of my life. I have quit for a while as a photojournalist/photographer/documentary photographer or whatever you called it. There’s a reason for it, very personal but I will share. So, should I change the title? Or let it be? I want to keep the title but might change it to something else. It is my dream, what I want to achieve but now, I need to prioritize things. There’s something else that are much important that I want to achieve. After all, Ive been living in my dreams for the past couple of years. No regret!

I’m tired, jet lagged, dis-oriented & really really miss my boo… Already met with a few new friends.. brian,steve,nigel,oscar n few that i forgot their names..sorry guys!! i will update more bout my journey when I’m feeling better.. cheers~~~

I thought I were tough but it’s my physical only. Only Allah know how I felt right now. This past few days, I’m just resting on my bed, no walking/traveling around Amsterdam. It is not because I’m jet lagged or tired or maybe lazy, I am crazy if i don’t go out just because of stupid reason.. but I’m sick(really sick) It felt like i’m dying. I can’t speak, can’t walk but i could only think of Allah, my girl(shida), my mom for help.. Thanks to Allah, I finally got the power/energy back. I’m sorry for what I’ve done and I swear that i would not do it anymore. Beristighfar bebanyak… more updates will come after I arrive to Mexico City.. Take care everyone

I’m on my bed in a backpackers hotel in Amsterdam. This place is cool!! It’s name was “The Flying Pig – Backpackers Hotel”, ranked 1st for backpackers hotel in the world. Sorry, for not having any images in this post. Still tired!!

1st June – location, Malaysia. going to my cousins wedding on the noon and busy packing my stuffs after that. My mom and dad sent me to the airport (KLIA) at around 1900. Arrive at the airport 2030. I’ve check in and have my dinner at MC D. Bought extra Mc Chicken for my lunch in Amsterdam. I travel with KLM – Royal Dutch Airlines. The flight depart on 2330. I’m sitting on seat 39G, aisle seat( for a more comfort flight). Next to me is a nice Chinese gentlemen from Malaysia, Robert. He will transit at Amsterdam for Düsseldorf, Germany. The flight is going well besides the crew is quite old (LOL) and the foods been served is not what i’ve expected. but what the heck!! I’m very excited prior to my journey… what a co-incidence, I’ve met with one of my ex-colleague at ASTRO in this flight. She was Jaja and she traveled with her boyfriend, Ananda. I’ve slept for most of the time in the flight.

2 June – Arrived at Amsterdam, Schiphol Airport on 0530. I’m damn excited. As I’m at the immigration counter to scan my passport, the immigration officer told me to go to the immigration office. There were a problem with my passport. They checked my passport as it was not a real passport. What!!!?? They questioned me with so many ridiculous questions and I answered every single of it but they not letting me off. Thanks to Jaja and Ananda, both of them saved me. They told the officer that I’m traveling with them and I was released with no answer of what the problem was. We had a drink at Burger King.

The price for a regular Coke is 2euro. Wow! Back in Malaysia, we could buy 5 Coke with that price… But I’ve already set my mind for that kind of thing. I’ve come prepared! but silly me, i come with no preparation for my travel. That’s so me… Jaja and Ananda could not believe it. They said I’m crazy! both of them will be staying in Ananda aunt’s house in Arsen(this maybe spelled wrongly). They’ve left me at the airport around 0830 while i’ve been wandering around the airport until around 1000 after I got my travel planned. Ask my sister in Malaysia for the address of the hotel and here I go, I AM STERDAM!! Took the train to the Amsterdam Central and ask the tourist info center there. Got a map and then took the tram No.2 to Hobbemastraat. Walking my way to find the “Flying Pig Hotel” located in the Vossius Straat. Finally found the hotel and check in. A cool surrounding here. Now, i’m going to take my bath and going to walk around this area. Daa~~~

I’ve already registered to this blog last year but silly me.. ;-p today i got the courage to finally publish my first post.. later tonight, i will be flying to Amsterdam and hopefully can write something before my plane depart.. and of course hopefully this is not going to be the very last post here… LOL .. see yaa..
